We found connect2 to be clear and easy to understand for both students and staff. We were specifically impressed with the feature that allowed us to locate any piece of equipment at any time, offering details of who has the equipment, when it is due back or if it is out for repair
Connect2 allows us complete control over our equipment usage, it’s flexible enough that we can operate our stores how we need without being constrained by the software. Our students can use it with minimal instruction due to its e-store style. We find Lorensbergs very easy to deal with, and the way they seem to base their improvements schedule around genuine customer feedback really helps.
