Lorensbergs is an established software creator dedicated to supporting Higher Ed institutions with our Connect2 solution. The way we research and develop our products, our customer service standards, and our communication and feedback channels all underpin our core ethos: to support and progress achievement, creativity and the student experience in our customer institutions.

We’ve developed Connect2 equipment checkout software over the last 20 years in partnership with universities to meet the requirements of all staff, student users and senior stakeholders. We are dedicated to supporting our 150+ university customers with the leading solution in its field. We aim to understand your requirements, taking into account the needs of both students and staff. A Connect2 specialist will offer advice and expertize on how Connect2 works and how it can be configured for your requirements. Please ask us all you need to know – we welcome your questions!

You will be offered an online demo and be given opportunity to fully assess how Connect2 can improve resource access, organization and planning. You will learn more about the user experience and benefits of using the software. We can support your business case with information on how Connect2 realizes new efficiencies, provides cost savings and raises service standards.

Customers have a choice of a SAAS service or an on-premises delivery.

You’ll be in safe hands with the Connect2 installation team. Our approach is designed to ensure we understand your requirements and deliver your ideal system!

The deployment is tailored to each customer’s needs and we handle the full installation process. This includes engaging with your IT colleagues and other stakeholders to provide full information. You will be advised of how the new system will work and receive full training from student, staff and administrator perspectives.
