Information we collect about you
We will collect any or all of the information that you give us depending on the type of transaction you enter into, including your name, workplace address, job title, department, organization, telephone number and email address, together with data about your use of the website. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected from you or from the public domain, for example, we will keep a record of our correspondence and if we had contact at an event.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you, such as your gender, ethnicity or details relating to your private life.
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). We will notify you at the time of any such problems.

On what basis can we use your information?

Who your information will be shared with

In compliance with GDPR, our communications are designed and managed to have a positive impact that is supportive of your professional interests. Please note that if you have an existing customer contract with us, we will need to ensure we have alternative contact details. These are needed for providing future communications that are critical to the customer/supplier relationship.

In the event that we process your data by automated means where you have either provided us with consent for us to use your information or where we used the information to perform a contract with you, you have the right to request that we send you or to another organization, a copy of the personal data we hold about you, for example when you are dealing with a different service provider. We will respond to you within one month after assessing whether or not this is possible, taking into account the technical compatibility with the other organization in question.
