Before moving to Connect2 we issued AV equipment on our Library Management System and had an in-house booking system. Student study rooms were booked by staff through the Univerity’s timetabling software. With Connect2 we no longer have coordination problems between our AV bookings or equipment issues. Students can now book their own rooms much more speedily and effectively and can see which room they are booking, get a reminder about their booking and check the facilities in the room.
